A good work-life balance has become a desire and goal of many people, at the latest due to topics such as digitization, home office, constant accessibility and a (perceived) further increasing pace of work.
How can the need for self-care be reconciled with existing stress? In addition to the perception of one’s own emotions, mindfulness exercises and the observation of one’s own actions and their effects from a metaphorical perspective help to make decisions independently and in a reflective manner.
In addition to changing one’s own behavior, the awareness of fellow human beings and the environment is increasingly sharpened. Openness, inner stability and empathy lead to seeing opportunities in the new and unknown instead of dangers and risks.
